Difficult Conversations

| blog

We spend a lot of time at the table with our clients, asking and answering questions. We need to know exactly what you need — and understand your goals — before we begin the design process.

Along the way, we may have some truly tough conversations — about timelines, costs and contract fulfillment. We don’t shy away from those. In fact, we’re often the ones who bring them up, because we believe in talking about issues before there are any.

Here’s how we do it:

We connect with our clients to find out who they are and what they really need.

We keep talking—through concept development, design and construction—to make sure owners, contractors and designers share common goals.

We stay in touch, even after projects are completed, to provide support and resolve any future concerns.

We believe in building honest and genuine relationships. That’s why we keep the conversation going.

Ask us anything. We’re ready to have those difficult conversations.
