The university requested a home for their very active Intramural sports program that is a base for equipment and training, as well as, spectating.
The facility houses offices, equipment rooms, meeting rooms, restrooms, and a large outdoor porch for resting and observing sporting events.
The overall concept was to provide a place that was safe, durable, and inviting to the public.
